For new players, a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Suspicion or evidence of a violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.

7.2 Account Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account, please notify our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, however bonuses for which the wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.
